    It's on the papers, or engraved between the lugs at 6 o'clock. A model name is fine if you don't have it.

    The date on the papers, if you have them.

    What comes with it?

    Papers means the original warranty card or certificate, not a service receipt.

How to ship your watch

Please follow every step. It keeps your watch safe in transit and gives us both a record of what was sent.

  1. 01

    Ship with FedEx

    FedEx only. Please don't use any other carrier.

  2. 02

    Print two labels

    Print two copies of your FedEx shipping label.

  3. 03

    Double box the watch

    Put the watch in a box, then put that box inside a second, larger box.

  4. 04

    One label on each box

    Stick one label on the inner box and one on the outer box.

  5. 05

    Pad it so nothing moves

    Fill every gap with bubble wrap or packing paper. Shake gently: nothing should shift.

  6. 06

    Film yourself packing it

    Record one continuous video, from the watch going in to the outer box being sealed.

Important: if any of these steps are skipped, the insurance on your shipment is void.
