Agreement to terms

By accessing and using CT Timepieces' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Product information

• All watches are guaranteed authentic.
• Pricing is provided on inquiry, quoted in US dollars and subject to change until confirmed. A firm price is confirmed in writing before any payment.
• Catalogue images are representative of the reference shown. Photographs of the specific piece are provided on request before purchase.
• Availability is subject to change. Many references are sourced to order.

Purchase and payment

All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance of your order. Payment must be made in full, by bank wire or an agreed cryptocurrency, before the delivery of any product. We do not offer financing or payment plans.

Shipping and returns

We offer fully insured worldwide shipping on all our products. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return policy conditions. Refunds are processed only if the watch is shown to be inauthentic, and within 14 days of the product being returned to us.

Warranty

All watches come with their original manufacturer warranty where applicable. Additional warranty terms may apply depending on the specific product and will be stated in writing at the time of sale.

Independence

CT Timepieces is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or an authorised retailer of any watch manufacturer named on this site. Brand and model names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
